Residenza Lucrezia is a small, independent building with four rooms, located just a three-minute walk from Locanda Ca’ Lucrezia. It is designed for guests who want a more private and independent stay, while still maintaining the style and attention to detail that sets our hospitality project apart.
The building houses three Superior rooms and one Suite with a panoramic terrace—a typical Venetian "altana" (rooftop terrace) overlooking the city's rooftops. This is a unique space where you can relax, enjoy the morning light, or treat yourself to a moment of peace after a day spent exploring the narrow streets and canals.
Residenza Lucrezia is offered on a Room Only basis, meaning breakfast service is not included. This is to offer guests maximum freedom and allow them to experience Venice at their own pace. However, upon request, guests can still enjoy breakfast at Locanda Ca’ Lucrezia, which is only a short walk from the Residenza.
